Zero-8 Custom

For operating work that does not fit the standard product.

Zero-8 accepts select custom projects when the business requires a specialized integration, external-call system, automation, or AI workflow beyond the core OS. The work is diagnosed, scoped, and built directly—with the same standards for control, clarity, and support.

The order of operations

First, determine whether Zero-8 OS already solves the problem.

The recurring product is the preferred operating relationship. Custom work is appropriate when a material workflow, channel, or integration cannot be handled within the standardized OS and the value justifies a separate build.

Custom capabilities

Built directly, scoped honestly.

Specialized integrations

Connect systems that do not exchange the required data through a supported path.

External-call systems

Configure inbound-call capture, qualification, routing, and pipeline handoff for businesses that cannot answer every call.

Purpose-built workflows

Build intake, proposal, follow-up, reporting, or operating workflows around a defined business process.

Specialized agents

Apply AI within a narrow, controlled role when a general operating layer is not sufficient.

Qualification

Custom work is a fit when the problem is real.

Good fit

  • A clear operating problem
  • A repeatable workflow
  • A measurable consequence
  • Access to required systems and process owners
  • Willingness to define approval and exception handling
  • Budget proportional to a custom deployment

Poor fit

  • Novelty, or “AI because AI”
  • An undefined problem
  • Expectation of complete autonomy
  • Unwillingness to change the underlying process
  • Need for a commodity chatbot

Bring the operating problem, not a feature wish list.

Zero-8 will determine whether the right answer is the existing OS, a custom layer, a simpler operational change, or no build at all.
